Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the day of dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it.

International Shipping

Delays
Occasionally, shipments take longer than expected due to customs processing, courier delays, or high demand periods (e.g. holidays). We appreciate your patience and are happy to check on any order that seems overdue.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
